Spent my New Year's Eve in a spacious room with complete amenities like a fridge, microwave, kitchenware, and a separated bathroom and toilet. The location was strategic as it was near convenience stores, groceries, and restaurants that weren't too crowded. What's more, the Tozai line made it easier to access the city center in no time.

We had trouble communicating with the staff as there wasn't a front desk. All our concerns were handled via chat, which took some time to respond.

The hotel is located very close to the train station and has multiple convenience stores in the vicinity, making it easy to grab snacks or drinks whenever needed. The room was quite spacious and had a large table with chairs which we could use to play board games and hang out.

we were confused about how to operate the automated gate and had to call the hotel to get assistance. it was irritating to run out of trash bags in the room and not have enough replacements available during our stay.
